Requesting & Using Images

• Permission to examine, scan or photograph material from the Library’s collections does not constitute or imply permission to reproduce that material. 
• Please credit the library for use of its images with the credit line “The New York Botanical Garden, the LuEsther T. Mertz Library”
• If requesting a scan of an oversized item, note that the item may need to be sent off-site.  In this case, higher fees would apply.
• Please use this Image Request Form to submit a request for an image from the library’s collections.
